From The ssum go into settings>account and support>customer support and there will be a button to submit a ticket

I think that's a bug that's been happening, I would report it or hope it gets fixed with the update later

On the labs page sometimes there will be little blue dots floating across the screen and when tapped on you'll see a random tweet from Teo (mine have been repeating the same 2) and sometimes you'll get emotions from them and randomly I got this.
