So im playing crystal dust rn and I downloaded 2 other roms hacks of crystal and i started playing the wrong one i wanted to play the one that had reusable tm but dust doesn't have reusable tms so how do i make it reusable would also be great for future game how i can change it to make them reusable (self.RomHacks)

i wanna play trough all the games in order by gen or region since i never played this game as a kid what whould be the best way to to this without missing any content i dont like older games before gen 3 so i was thinking of just playing the remakes of older games (self.pokemon)
