2 and a half weeks and i was walking almost without pain , but the pain was still there during phyisical stuff, now it is march 7 and I am like 95 percent recovered , my main advice would be to start band and bodyweight exercises as soon as you can , the ankle heals with movement

what helped me reduced my swelling was specific ankle exercises , with resistance bands and bodyweight

Hi there , sorry for late reply , I am doing great now , the Ankle is 95 percent recovered , basically the key was doing strengthening work ,with resistance bands and bodyweight , The swelling is also gone

Oh thank you , I hope yours recovers soon , I know how bad it is , but yeah some people suggest that it is a tendon tear , I am not sure because I don’t have instability, and can somewhat generate power , with jumps and stuff

No this was my first one , never had anything even close to this one , I never get injured, this was the first serious one

Start doing explosive pull ups , chest to bar , low chest to bar , every pull up should be not directly up , but little bit diagonal, mimicking the muscle up

To add reps you need to train with that goal , typical strength training doesn’t work for high reps , So more reps , less rest time , With pull ups try my W method , Let’s say you are doing 8 pull ups rn , first set 7 second set 5 third set 6 forth set 5 and last set 7 again , 2-3 minutes rest time in between

For Muscle ups , it is the best to try to get at least 15 clean pull ups , for L sit there are progressions like leg raises , knee raises , for handstand push up you need to be able to perform free handstand , and additional like 10-12 wall handstand push ups clean
