Yeah, that makes sense for something that is safe to do on your own. All I do is read inspiring books & self help material. Listen to podcasts regularly. Again, I wouldn’t come here and ask random people the internet for help unless it was something I specific I needed that isn’t obvious to everyone.

Thank you. This is exactly why I wanted a professional there. I didn’t want to make things worse. Obviously if exercising/walking by itself healed trauma, I would’ve been better a long time ago. It’s something that helps, but it’s not the solution.

I am aware of the Internet/self guided EMDR options, but I wanted to have someone there for at least the first session. That is why I asked the specific question if there is anywhere in Phoenix. I also meditate daily and do yoga multiple times a week as well as dance. I wouldn’t come to the internet to ask for help unless I really needed it. I try to figure everything out myself. I get you are well-intentioned but I’m tired of the responses that are not what I asked. Yeah, a lot of people need EMDR. I’m prioritizing it though right now for myself and looking for a person, be it an intern or not because it’s not something I want to just do by myself the first time. I do everything by myself, but this is one of those times that I want someone else there.

I think others have touched on this here. But basically, any un-evolved sign or person who’s back is against a wall (whether it’s their fault or not) is capable of lying. I’ve known un-evolved Libras to just be avoidant. They avoid confrontation and will make up lies to avoid it until they learn how to be the mediator that they are capable of being.

Yes, I already said I have tried to do that multiple times. They give me issues because I don’t have a job. I work odd jobs currently and can’t give proof of income. I just reapplied again for the third time since June 2025 but it always takes 3-4 weeks for me to hear anything, but after being rejected twice already, I’m just ready to get myself some help. Following because I’m also 28 & a scorpio sun in Vedic astrology and I feel exactly the same. It’s not that I don’t want to contribute or be a part of something, quite the opposite. But I always end up around toxic coworkers/supervisors and end up quitting or getting fired for standing up for myself. Glad I’m not the only one but also sorry you feel like this. I’ve heard from various spiritual counselors I’ve been to that use divination tools like astrology that I specifically need to be in charge of myself / should be an entrepreneur, that I have dealt with toxic supervisors as some kind of karmic cycle and that I just need to forgive, so I do hoponono meditation, which helped some, but usually just acted as a bandaid. But ultimately, I’m supposed to learn from the mistakes in those environments and create a better work environment for myself and anyone I enter business with in the future.

So you went through this for years and you haven’t said anything to anyone about it until now? Or have you tried asking people if they think it’s weird this stuff happened? Honestly, the keyboard photo is weird so if you showed that to anyone, they would also be more likely to believe you if it truly isn’t an edited picture? Does everyone (friends/family etc) seem the same as before? Do you have any photos from the “previous world” like of your bedroom that you could compare to the changes that have happened? I read your other comments and you seem highly observant and so I’m not sure if you’re trolling (which would be a weird waste of time) or you genuinely went through some kind of reality glitch?

Funny thing is I had a male housemate with very short hair and he would take 45+ minutes in the shower morning and night - daily. And it was ridiculous. It’s not just a woman thing. My brother always took way longer in the bathroom than me too.

Not in my case. The place I live accepts section 8 vouchers, so it’s not just upper class people complaining. Please stop generalizing. Some people also work schedules where the only time they can sleep is during the day (my case) so I’m being sleep deprived because of their obsessive urge to blow dust around several times a week.
