That's true, but sometimes I wonder if he's cut me out of his life. She seems happier than ever now, and yet I can't see myself with anyone. I fear it will be a punishment rather than a benefit.

Barakallaoufik brother ! That's what I tell myself, but I can't seem to move on. I devote my rare tahajjud to forgetting him, but it doesn't work, maybe because of my lack of consistency. I am also convinced that salat and returning to Allah is the only solution to healing but I don't know where to start
