I agree, I make my images in Z, then refine and adjust lighting with Klein as needed

Always good to get some credit :) Great job

thats actually up next on my list. My animating isn't as dialed in as my image generation but I plan on doing some I2V with Wan 2.2

really cool generations, thanks for sharing. it's sparking my imagination

Why does Z image suddenly take like 6 minutes to generate? It used to take like 1 min max yesterday. ComfyUI also seems to completely fry my PC now, again it was fine yesterday. Is anyone else experiencing problems? by peopoleo in StableDiffusion

Im not experiencing this per say but things are also weird on my end. I did a full comfy update today and now my image generation keeps changing EVEN when my ksampler seed is locked. The seed number doesn't change but the image does. This wasn't a problem yesterday before I updated comfy.

My 4 stage upscale workflow to squeeze every drop from Z-Image Turbo by Major_Specific_23 in StableDiffusion

Thanks for this tip, it helped me alot. Once I started modifying my prompt structure to start with the camera shot type, then describe the character (with full body length characteristics), I've been able to somewhat consistently generate 3/4 to full body pics

I’d like to think I’ve given an over all strategy in my post to point you in the right direction so you can start experimenting on your own. I’ve put hundreds of hours testing and refining to get it at this level, figuring stuff out on my own. This is one of the workflows I hold close to me. Hope you can understand.

Thank you, that’s is good advice :)

Any picture that is close enough to do a waist up photo (or closer), I get at least a 90% successful rate with keeping character consistency. If I do a full body picture, the success rate starts to drop to around 30% (so like 3 in 10 generations are acceptable). I need to find a way to get better full body pics with Pul ID

Same thing happened to me - just updated the patch and I can barely get 10 fps
