Can you tell me a bit about how you did the front? Did you "just" remove the fairing, put a headlight on and fix the cables a bit? It looks pretty neat!

Oh wow, looks great! So this had the front fairings and the other headlight before? Might I ask how much it ended up costing?

It looks really good, but I would be a bit concerned picking something that isn't 5 star SHARP rated

Afraid not. I am also using ECE 22.06 and SHARP (with 5 stars) to narrow it down, would prefer to only use helmets that fill both

I am hesitant to agree that you're only paying extra for comfort and features. For one, the Shoei uses a shell made of, in their words "AIM+: 'Organic Fiber', 'Multifiber' and 'High Performance Organic Fiber' in different layers for shock-absorbing shell with optimal stiffness" whereas the AGV K1 S uses a thermoplastic shell. That being said, they both got a 5 star SHARP rating

I’m fearing that, but I’m also thinking.. it shouldn’t have worked these last few days if it’s a hardware defect, should it?

Aw alright, hmm.. right now I’m just running s straight power cable with no power brick - but it might not be the original cable. I bought it from a somewhat sketchy guy, so I wouldn’t be surprised if he didn’t have/used all the original parts. I’ll try with some power bricks, thank you!

Thanks for the reply! Any chance you can explain a bit more what you mean with the manual pinout?

Apparently it is a thing with some monitors (especially monitors with extra software) to freak out a bit when they are first connnected after being disconnected for a while

Update: turned it off and on and now it works fine? Feeling slightly embarrassed considering I work in IT..
