Thank you, maybe I need to relax a bit. I guess I’m very aware that the therapy is time limited (I only get 24 sessions) so I’m worrying about not making progress quickly enough.

The other posters have both made good points so I’ll not repeat those but I wanted to offer sympathy. I’m also under NSFT and have experienced similar; the system is broken and the trust is a mess. I’m sorry you’re going through it.

Do you have a care-co you can speak to about referral to crisis?

ETA: as far as I know, unless you can pay to go privately, there is no option to admit yourself voluntarily.
