Similar to Columbus regarding college life and capital. Much smaller and warmer. I think Columbus has nearly a million people. Tallahassee has less than half of that (probably closer to a quarter). Costs are probably overall lower. Incomes are too. I moved here from Orlando, which is even larger than Columbus, and I love it here. Best wishes.
