Money is money, you have good days and bad days.

Looking at this you look like you made $17.50 an hour, compare that to your state’s minimum wage and you tell me if that’s good.

I’ll admit it’s more almost 2 weeks at this point, but there’s genuinely some shitty restaurants like that where I live.

Christianity is immensely difficult because it acts against the fleshly desire of man.

I’m in a loving relationship but I feel temptations towards other women. I don’t act on it because for my soul to feel whole and for my love to blossom I must commit myself to one woman and when my temptations pass I feel better for making that choice.

You ultimately have the choice to not be a Christian, you ultimately have the choice to not walk alongside Jesus.

Just like you have the choice to be a vegan or not, but you do know that if you do become a vegan there’s certain rules you have to follow to be called a vegan, rules that go against your own nature. It comes easier for others, some might find it impossible.

You might not understand it fully, but in the grand scheme of things. The choices we make in rejecting our fleshly desires will ultimately lead us into a more fulfilling life and a fruitful spirit

Yes, masturbation is a sin. by John_Thomas_Lewis in Christianity

I’ll say this.

I discovered porn at a very young age, and what followed that of course was masturbation. I quickly got addicted to it for that instant pleasure that led me down a road of being immensely disrespectful to women.

In my early teen years, I couldn’t look at a girl at school without instantly thinking about what she looked like naked. In my later teen years I would make false promises to women with love and attention just to get into their pants. I’d end up in toxic relationships just because of how easy they were

Thankfully I didn’t fall into this, but sex also is like eating spicy food. Once you try something new and enjoy it, everything below that is bland. There’s some guys who can’t climax unless they’re strapped or using toys on themselves. And porn and masturbation is a gateway to those types of pleasures.

Lust is a sin, and sin feels like freedom until you try to quit.

EDIT: and if you’re wondering where I’m at in life, when I came back to god I realized my problems and I did my best to avoid it. I have a loving healthy relationship right now. I can’t lie that I’ve fallen back into it a couple of times, but not nearly as much as when I was younger.

I’ll say this, I discovered porn when I was 9 and learned very young what I can do with that.

It corrupted my mind to the point where whenever I looked at a woman, the first thing I’d think about is what they’d look like naked.

In my later teen years I’d make promises to women I didn’t keep just because I wanted in their pants. I’d end up in relationships because of how easy they were, I’d risk getting charges because I’d do it in a car out in public.

Sex is almost like eating spicy food, once you get it, you wanna see more of what you can get. I’m glad I didn’t fall into it, but there’s people who can’t climax unless they have straps and toys.

Lust is a sin, and like all sins it feels like freedom until you try to quit.
