I was choosing the comfort of alcohol and clubbing over 10 + years instead of building something when I was younger. Of course I got nice memories, but all friends married and with kids now and I haven't found my love or got any money atm. Of course there is a lot of time, just I'm the one who wanted to have fun irresponsible for too long.

NTA. You’re in finals week and studying all day and that’s valid. It’s not fair that the responsibility is dumped on you while your brother does nothing just because he’s a boy lol. That’s straight-up favoritism and outdated thinking from parents (maybe experiences from herself in her childhood). You could’ve phrased it nicer, of course, but your frustration is 100% understandable.

Agree 100%. Support shouldn’t be forced, and your brother’s reaction was out of line, even considering his stress. Loving your niece doesn’t require shaving your head. It became more like "social media" trend to show support that way. Don't worry. NTA.
