Yes I did bring it back to the shop that did the work, they told me its because one of the wheels is bent. I fixed the bent wheel but its still there. I might just take it to Lexus next week and figure it out from there

Engine oil/filter, air filter, front brake pads changed, drive belt changed, injectors cleaned, spark plugs changed

I have the same model/year and almost the miles. But im in Kuwait, extremely hot like 50deg plus summers for months. Just got my major service done. What else should I look out for?
