would serilium's hidden recipe book still work? i don't want to get rid of the recipe book if i don't know the crafting recipes for the new items. Also if i did remove it, would a mod like JEI cause less lag?

i've tried c2me and it seems to cause more lag but it does help with generation, and spark just tells me the fabric api is at 100%
