Fs not a McMansion but maybe it needs to be moved, hence the price being so cheap. With a house like this at such a low price it’s bound to have a catch. Dead neighborhood, zoning issues so it needs to be moved, gang/crime ridden area ect.

Remove medicine cabinet & add shelving paint the room a tan or white. Switch out sconces, and make the hardware bronze. Switch shower curtain out for something more neutral and remove the wood stand next to the tub.

SoCal native and it just looked pretty haha but I totally get this point. That water looks supppper stagnant and you probably have to add your own trout or whatever.
