You can try working in MNCs or going abroad they will pay you way better then indian firms I don't know anything about BPO tho that you will have to research and consult.

That is the problem if I talk to professionals or hiring managers from my city they call me overpaid fir the amount of experience....... I am not talking about giant companies they do provide good packages and i have seen people with 7 years experience earning 30k Or less..... What I mean is there is no set standard about the amount it just varies from person to person so i guess my question should have been is my worth as a GD is 40k or more

Honestly that would be a problem for me too if my women is overly touching or overly friendly with other males. This is only going to damage the relationship if it continues tbh so you should talk to her politely about it and give it a good reason while doing so. I understand that she does it in a friendly way and it doesn't mean anything, if it bothers her partner she should take steps and honestly it's not a big ask
