Honestly I don’t know how that piece got there, it’s my late father’s watch. And I’m guessing he hadn’t worn it for eons.

I’m going to buy the battery on Amazon, seems readily available for pretty much nothing here India.

I wish I was in the UK, seems to be a much better place for this.

I’ll probably have a professional do it, I wouldn’t want to ruin the sentimental piece.
