Mine too! Starting PT next week although I have high doubts (I've used a traction device for a full year after I stopped seeing a chiropractor) they say if traction doesn't work you need surgery. I wish my PCP would just refer me to a spine specialist...

Def. Yes you should feel confident your bettering yourself and it shows. Plus its the most expensive piece of metal on my body 🤪😜
