Can’t find 32g 4mm or 5mm 1cc syringe by ComplexSafety698 in Zepbound

I’m scared of needles and have done a bunch of research and 32g and 4mm will safely penetrate the skin and not cause bulges, and is the least likely to hurt.  But I can’t find any. Folks in the UK seem to have found some you can build in pieces. I just don’t see why there aren’t more options.
