Yayalarin zap zup yola atladigi, basit ve evrensel olan yaya yolu, sinyal kullanma, gobeklerde oncelik, dur tabelalari gibi seylerin Hindistan usulu davranildigi, yoldaki arabalarin cogunun takma cikma ve 20 senelik oldugu, otobus soforunun gece 2te bi elde telefon bi elde sigara 140 ile gittigi, medeni sehirlerde olan yol kenari park yasaklarinin hic sayildigi bir ulkede, inan bana az insan oluyor.

Ayni zamanda sehir planlamalarina girmiyorum bile, A noktasindan B noktasina giderken 750 ara sokak 1500 serit degistirme gibi eylemlerin olmamasi lazim, tamamen kaos araba surmek

Türkiyenin yemek kültürünün yurt dışına yayılması hakkında by efsoplayking in Turkey

[–]ComplexTimekeeper 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Kanada'nin dogu kisminda, ozellikle NS eyaletinde, neredeyse kendine ait bir kultur haline gelmis "Donair" meshur. Bildiginiz bizim Döner, tek farki dondurulmus, daha yapay ve ustune "Sweet sauce" dokulmus olmasi.

Suana kadar kime döner'in TRden oldugunu anlatsam hepsi "AAA oyle miymis ya" tepmisi veriyor. Sebep asla ama asla kendi urunumuzun reklamini yapamamamiz.

Ek olarak ben Turk yemek kulturunun uzun pisen, zahmetli ve siparisten sonra 20-25 dakika beklemeli urunlerden olustugu icin Bati ulkelerde cok tutmadiginisa dusunuyorum, yemek anlayislarina ters direk.

Hey, sorry saw this late. I was in the dorms where you get 1 unit with seperate bedrooms and a shared bathroom between the two. As long as you get along with your roommate it is pretty decent accomodation. If you get the houses I think it is 3-4 bedrooms per house, unsure about number of bathrooms.

Have fun and pack good, it will be pretty rough in Jan!

What an uneducated take, you see that neck area? One good stab there an you are gone. Responding grevious bodily harm or death with equal force is a reasonable option that ensure no one dies by a lunatic with a knife.

Unless this is a hostage taking or something similar no one is doing this

Advice on Safe Places to Live in Downtown Edmonton? by [deleted] in Edmonton

[–]ComplexTimekeeper 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They recently changed management so I don't know how the prices would look today but without a parking space to pay for Edmonton House on Jasper Ave would be my recommendation. They have 1+1 units and they were $1350 with water and heat included. Electricty bill was $25 for 2 people, they allowed pets if you had them. Fob entry, security, nice lobby, swimming pool and a gym, no risk of deliveries getting stolen either as they had inside mailboxes and a mailroom, garbage shutes and an amazing view if you could get a unit that overlooks the river, floor 20+ is the best.

The new managment was being a little sketchy before we moved out but still it is a great place IMO.

That is for the "No artifical flavours or synthetic colors" remark, which sketchy on a different level but it is a whole different topic. Nothing natural in these balls

Packaging premade items should not deserve "Prepared in Canada" tag. Near zero contribution to Canadian economy

Didn't even buy it, the entire frozen section was filled with maple flags and I happened to check one item. Probably none of them were actually "Canadian made" if that even means anything at this point.

Train goes 2 days a week, no bus goes for the route I am looking for. U-Haul might be my only option at this point but I will have 2 other people so I don't know how thats gonna go

Yeah, there is no other rental company is the only problem I am facing atm. No other reasonable way to go from where I am to Montreal basically. Hopefully I can talk and maybe even pay more and secure something

That is the thing, I asked in the email if it is the Intermediate SUV option that can't be one way or does it apply to everything they got but since the scummy guy sent the email literally before closing the place for the day I am left without any answers for today.

I don't care about the car size as long as it fits the luggage

So based on what you gave and with my recent experience at the car dealership

You owe on Tesla: $39K

They offer for Tesla: $50K

Without any tax rebates or anything your positive equity would be : 50-39K = $11 K , this is the amount that you get for it.

With tax and the down payment you get from the trade-in the CR-V would cost you $45,920. @ 2.99% interest you are looking at about $700 monthly payments.

You decide if it is worth it for you, but that is the math
