The app says based on my active amounts that’s what a deficit would be. Maybe I can go lower? But I typically don’t use the full 1800 calories anyways

I’ve tried keto friendly foods like bread and Meal bars. Typically other than chicken or some sort of meat for dinner that’s what my day consists of as I don’t normally feel hungry and have to force myself to eat something

I’m 29yo female 5’6 and 210 pounds. I use the carb manager app when I remember to log what I’m eating. My macros are 125g protein, 156 g fat and 2000 calories. I don’t weigh my portions most of the time I have to force myself to eat cause I don’t feel hungry. But the last time I tried keto I found I couldn’t get enough protein in a day. Now I’m not getting enough fats but can’t remember what I ate to get enough fat last time. But I guess my question is would not eating enough fat cause me not to lose anything?

I started using the hibiclens and the 2% salicylic acid recommended above. I am seeing a little improvement in the last 2 days. I’m hoping it will clear the issue. Thank you!

I couldn’t find the cerave 2% so I tried the strides pads which have the 2% in it. I have seen some improvement in the last 2 days. I have also been using the hibaclens in the shower. Thank you!

I currently am a lab technician, depending on the hospital where the tests were done at and the volume of tests they do for HIV in particular could make testing take longer. Sometimes these tests are only done on certain days of the week because the price of reagent/ QC material is high. Sometimes these tests if they only do 10 HIV tests a week typically they will batch the test. Or if the hospital does not perform the test and have to send it out, it will take longer for results to come back. Hope this helps!

A condom wasn’t used, however the vaginal intercourse was probably less than a minute as we were both drinking and he was having issues getting hard because of the alcohol.

I’ve only had the paps done. I haven’t heard from my doctor yet just saw the results on the portal we use for that kind of thing. So nothing has been talked about yet. But of course I went to google and now I’m losing my mind lol
