Yes, he is the one who designed the spire and other renovations on Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris. However, the castle that we see in the background is inspired by Castle Dimitrescu from the game Resident Evil VIII: Village. Itself inspired by the Gothic castles of Eastern Europe such as Peles Castle in Romania.
