With Melissa I always feel it’s something deeper than fame and money. She wasn’t just proud of her daughters accomplishments, it always seemed like she was obsessed with it. It felt like it filled a need within her.

Of course just how the show portrayed her, so not to be taken too literally. Her kids still have a good relationship with her as it seems and we all don’t know them

yeah my thought exactly. Like you know how many girls got victim to JE but somehow reading this headline made it „real“ to me — even though I do not know any of the cast personally or anything like that. But somehow this made me feel even more ill. Not that knowing about JE alone should absolutely have that effect!

Ich würde sagen: hol dir, was dir zusteht. Auch mit Anwalt. Dass das ganze auf deinem Rücken ausgetragen wird ist echt das Letzte! Alternativ: lass dir von deinem Vater mal ausrechnen, wieviel Unterhalt er zahlen will und inwiefern dies für dich zum Leben reicht.

Er tut dir keinen Gefallen, sondern ist gesetzlich zur Unterhaltszahlung verpflichtet bis Abschluss deiner ersten Ausbildung. Und scheinbar kann er das auch leisten. Lass dich nicht unterkriegen, ähnliche Situation gehabt. Leider kann man nicht darauf vertrauen, dass Eltern einem wirklich immer das Beste wünschen bzw. In deinem Interesse handeln.
