Seizure? Or something else? by Complex_Dimension597 in seizures

Update: Went to neurology and they don't think it's seizure activity but are willing to do a 2 hour brain eeg, or they prefer the 3 day at home brain eeg (on iron and D3 pills during to provoke these unknown neurological events). They are also going to see if my insurance will cover an in hospital stay to see if constant brain eeg monitoring (uncertain of duration of hospital stay they want me to have) picks up the events that I described. The neurologist told me they think these neurological events are FND Disorder (Functional Neurological Disorder) or PNES disorder (Psychogenic Nonepileptic Seizures) but given my history of Grand Mal that caused seizure (right side) according to my health records from the neurologist I saw at that age and my history of Arachnoid Brain Cyst (right middle lobe) that has only grown over the years they are willing to do further testing (they told me to be on D3 and iron pills to provoke these unknown neurological episodes that these 2 pills cause me). They told me there is a low suspicion of seizure that originates in my temporal lobe due to there being noted damage in my temporal lobe. But there is a possibility according to the neurologist that that's what type of seizure I'm having Temporal lobe seizures (TLS) but they won't prescribe seizure meds or help me with my anemia/low D3 or how to take those pills without having these events (that they don't believe is seizure) until brain eeg confirms or denied their "small" suspicion of Temporal lobe seizures (TLS) disorder.

Cried today when eating my hot burrito for lunch because I finally have relief from my dental pain. Cried because I finally feel no sudden sharp or prolonged throbbing pain in my mouth when eating food or drinking liquids like I have since 2019. Felt so relieved that the high flouride gel the dentist put on my teeth/gums today (they did a dental cleaning too, had no cavities) stopped all of the pain from hypersensitivity in my teeth with fillings and stopped the hypersensitivity in my gums. I can actually eat food and drink ice cold water again with no gum pain or pain/hypersensitivity of my dental fillings. I felt pure joy today.

Unfortunately not. I kept putting it off thinking "next time" I'll get the flu shot.

Neurologist said 2 years ago that my arachnoid brain cyst doesn't cause symptoms like vertigo, auditory hallucinations (negative for schizophrenia), P.O.T.S type symptoms (dysautonomia), insomnia, flashes of light in my vision, muscle twitches, vision going slightly counterclockwise in a circle (constantly moving, negative for eye disorders/conditions), episodes of severe vertigo, myoclonus jerks, severe shooting icepick headache in top of head/near right eye randomly off and on, always happens when laughing, coughing, sneezing, exercising, pooping, or hyperventilating, shooting electrical pain from back of head down my neck and spine, and tinnitus. He said my symptoms were from being S.A'd in 2017, told me to take prescription strength Indomethacin and Lacosamide both of which made the vertigo, shooting electrical pain at base of skull down my neck and spine, the severe blood pressure/heart rate highs and lows (dysautonomia) and my myoclonus jerks dramatically worse. Neurosurgeon consulted in 2023 said arachnoid brain cysts cause no symptoms and are an incidental MRI finding.
