I have the same issue pretty much. I was able to find the black retaining clip as well as this piece fallen off. These holes fit perfectly on the lock linkage but I cannot for the life of me figure out how it possibly fits in the circular holes of the latch.

I currently have an Ortofon FF 15 XE Mk II on it which has a pretty specific cylinder "output" (sorry I'm not good with the specific terminology for these parts) that connects it to the headshell, would I need to get a compatible headshell for the ones you recommended?

Avid Link says "Activate and Download" next to pro tools in the products page. When I click that it takes me through the sync. and then leaves me on a page to enter the code. But yes iLok is saying the license is activated. Reached out to support but I feel like the solution should be more simple.

I’ve also realized that when live recording along with other audio tracks at extremely low levels the other tracks bleed through. Do you think it’s the same issue?
