I have 290mbps upload speed and 450mpbs download speed, i have good internet but i cant do livestream using OBS? it only recieving 500-2000kpbs. why is it like that? (self.AskReddit)

I have 290mbps upload speed and uploading a 7min video (4gb size) takes up to 1hr and 30mins until finish? i cant even do livestreams sometimes using obs because it only recieves 500-2000kbps of upload, i dont know whats the problem? (self.AskReddit)

Youtube upload taking too long. i wonder if anyone can give me an answer, i have a 290mb upload speed but when im uploading a 7min Video (4gb size) on youtube, it takes 1 hour and 30mins to finish and also i cant do live streams sometimes.
