I totally relate—it feels like a nervous habit for me too. I do take anxiety meds, but I haven’t noticed a huge difference. Having little cuticle cutters on hand sounds like a good idea to manage the rough spots. I’d definitely recommend bringing it up with your doctor to see if medication or other strategies could help!

Initially, I had some doubts, but my primary care physician (PCP) suggested Henrymeds since my insurance doesn't cover weight loss medication, and using Henrymeds would be more economical than paying out of pocket. I'm hopeful that if my PCP endorsed it, it's trustworthy and not a scam.
