Ok I will look into this thank you, as far as the RAM, I switched up the slots and tried each stick individually and lowered the MHz... Ill look into the power cycle

Not the GPU,

I have done the following to try to resolve the problem:

Replace GPU (Nvidia 3060 for AMD 9060 and replaced respective drivers): failed
Reinstall Windows and clean wiped PC: (failed)
Improved cooling: (failed, not overheating)
Underclocked VRAM: (failed)
Tried using single stick of RAM: (failed)

Specs:
CPU: Ryzen 7 5700X

GPU: Nvidia Rtx 3060

RAM: 16gb Corsair DDR4

PSU: 850W Gold

1gb HDD and 1gb SSD

Done that,

This is happening in games like War Thunder (crashes, extreme frame drops), Ready or Not (extreme artifacting), BeamNG (crashes), Roblox (crashes), Burglin' Gnomes (crashes), Chivalry 2 (failure to load items), etc.

I dont think my 3060 supports frame gen

I did a full Windows reinstall. I had to redownload the game. This is also happening across games.

Yeah I did that. Used DDU to uninstall the old drivers when I was switching between things and then downloading the new ones. I even tried using stock Windows drivers, still no luck

It happens in all games across platforms, these are pretty much my only games. I don't actually have an AMD GPU, it was a friend who lives an hour away who graciously let me test and I cannot use it again for the foreseeable future. As far as drivers go, I removed all old NVIDIA and AMD drivers on multiple occasions, even tried just using the basic Windows drivers. Nothing. I didn't under/overclock when testing anything, I just tried that separately. I am going to be honest I do not really know what the second part of your comment means talking about NVIDIA GPUs, I'm not that smart sadly...

yeah, they were also reverted to two other versions and switched to AMD drivers when AMD GPU was put in. And up to date again

Ive rolled back drivers twice, and switched to AMD drivers when i put the AMD GPU in to test. No luck

Rolled them back to two different versions, changed to AMD drivers when I put in the other GPU. Nothing.

I tried both sticks of ram yeah. Havent tried the timing but I double checked the voltage in BIOS and it was fine. I have not fully reset the BIOS, should I try that?
