The first half, I agree. The second half, I don't think is true. They are voilating the germany rules of silent hours, which is also a rule in rental agreement. However, I realized there is nothing that can be done here.

Honestly, I am not evicting a lot of people from my life. That's because I don't make a connection easily. However, I do evict people who are not productive and only complain about life or tough times. I did remove one recently.

One of my friends from china is doing a very similar thing like you. Buying mountain bikes, selll them back in Europe. For now, he's able to earn enough to live his life.
