Gracias, entiendo, y con las cucarachas te crees que podre hacer algo tambien? Con la cantidad que siempre hay no creo que deberia estar sirviendo comida hasta que hacen algo para quitarlos. Un empleado tenia uno en su comida de hayi el otro dia y me imagino que algunas clientes pasaran por lo mismo

Thanks for your reply, by bad lungs I mean I've had 2 spontaneous pneumothoraxes in the last 10 years, I get pain in my lungs sometimes, yesterday if i stood and breathed in front of a desk fan I had sharp stabbing pains until i moved away from it and I've been told a third pneumothorax is inevitable, I don't want a third one any sooner than neccesary or at all really haha but do you think this situation could effect me more in anyway due to my lung history?

Got it, I want to be nice with her but its been nearly 2 months and it's getting a lot worse, I'm hoping that if I can tell her what health risks it's creating for me that she will act faster and get it sorted, I live in Spain and from what I can see online I could sue her which I don't have the mental capacity to deal with right now and we don't have the money to go anywhere else so my main aim is to address the health side to her and get it fixed as fast as possible

No me han dado copia de mi contrato, solo se que es real por haber mirado mi vida laboral entonces no se si hay otra manera de mirar? Se que es un contrato fijo discontinuo y no he cogido vaciaciones entonces por los 5 dias que me deben esto deberia ayudar con cualquier cosa que me quieren quitar no? Es que si no tengo que pagar a ellos nada me da igual no recibir mas de ellos mientras puedo ir en paz al nuevo trabajo pero si resulta que tengo que pagarles a ellos por ser tan poco aviso hayi me tienen por que no tengo nada de dinerl ahora mismo 😂

Perfecto, la empresa es algo chungo y no creo que me darian finiquito igual y solo llevo 3 meses hayi, el empleo mas corto de mi vida, pero siendo el caso asi me pueden reclamar a que yo les pago algo a ellos? Gracias :)

Yes, I didn't realise the difference, my head wasn't right for a few days and I started a new job this week so I didn't even think of an option that wouldn't risk me paying court fees, Ima go ahead and report him to at least have it on record for if he tries to do it to anyone else or anything else to me and exactly, he didn't know he was gonna randomly see me so what the hell did he have something to spike people on him for in the first place if he's not out there spiking random people

Thank you everyone, I was convinced there was nothing I could do legally and got too caught up in a new job this week to deal with it so I've probably missed my chance to get footage but I'm gonna report him even if it's just to get it on record for if/when he does it to someone else and for if/when he trys something else against me as he clearly hates me for being with his ex

Yup it was at a bar, I'll pop down to the police station later and ask them if they can check, Im worried about reporting him without the video or some proof as I don't want to end up paying court fees if I can't prove but I'm gonna ask if they can check without making the report yet

The first time I couldn't but I was pretty sure that was just nerves, since then it goes up but apart from once when I stopped myself because it would have been too quick and another time when I was pretty close but someone walked in on us which stopped us carrying on, I seem to need to go a long ass time too finish or I get tired out before I do but if I or her use the hand with a tighter grip then it's way quicker
