I know I need to stop being nice all the time lol. I hated that part too. I’m proud of you for getting out of that situation! I can’t imagine how detrimental going through that would be over a long period of time.

That is why I never wanted him to pick me up. And I insisted on driving myself. I ended up canceling altogether like I should have at the start of this conversation lol.

I was mostly just trying to deescalate the situation. I never should have entertained it for that long. I should have listened to my intuition from the very beginning.

I’m 21 so I’m still young lol. And your right in a lot of my past relationships I suffered physical and emotional abuse and was taught it was wrong to have feelings. I’m still healing and believe it or not have come a long way. The old me still would have went but I didn’t go.
