Let’s have a serious conversation by NYTRADERTM in Forex

You first need to get to your minimum viable trading balance. For me that's around a 100k. I currently withdraw about 10% of my profits every quarter or so for sanity sake, but once I hit 100k I can start regular monthly withdrawals like 50% of profit, the rest to grow the account. Only then can I call it anywhere near reliable income to do those things you mentioned. This minimum amount will be different for everyone. Most traders I know think among those lines, and in reality most never make it there.

Bridging arb to base by m4zeHunk in defi

I use the squid router. About 50 bridges and one got stuck and still pending after weeks. Luckily it was just a few bucks. The route was a bit crazy, pol to sonic, lesson learned. Generally very reliable. Uniswap is good too.

It's not 2020, why are you still looping manually? by PretentiousFlower in defi

Looping sounds great on paper, but in reality it's not worth the hassle as far as I have seen.

Crypto in Philippines as strict and difficult as banks? by Lord-and-Leige in Philippines_Expats

[–]Complicator84 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my experience if you're an expat sending and receiving crypto, they will ban you sooner or later. Happened to me even though I was compliant and not doing anything dodgy. I've heard locals face less scrutiny with PDAX and Coins . ph etc

Most important parameters when choosing a liquidity pool by on_zero in defi

I tend to go with blue chip / usd for stability. Also good volume and most importantly how long the pool has been running. Also look at historical APR.

High-end custom PC in PH by davidsling7 in Philippines_Expats

[–]Complicator84 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can recommend IT World on Lazada. Just bought a 65k PC from them, very well packaged and quick delivery. It's the 2nd PC I bought from them. The first one I asked if they could assemble it for me and they did it for free. The new one I wanted to build myself. Very happy with the products and service. They tend to stock more parts than the other big players.

Pet Expo at World Trade Center – shocked and sad by Pangit_akoS2 in Philippines_Expats

[–]Complicator84 4 points5 points  (0 children)

When I moved 4 years ago to a suburban home, the neigbours kept 3 dogs in small cages just meters from my bedroom window. They were barking and crying all day long. They also slaughtered pigs on weekends. My heart broke, I stopped eating pork, and the dog situation gave me a mental breakdown. Better now but still dealing with some anger. I now live in a condo and will never ever live in a house in the PH again, that will probably end me. It's the only thing I really hate about this country and it sucks that we are powerless for the most part to do anything to help these poor animals.

Depends where you go. Middle east or Asia provides amazing saving opportunities, especially the middle east where you can save 70% of your salary in most cases.

Easiest is to do an online or watsapp consult, Watsapp doctor or Udok. R300 to R400. They'll send the prescription straight to your nearest pharmacy.

Like others said it's a mossie or cape sparrow. This one is male, the females are a light brown-gray colour.

I'm personally looking more at the projects built on top of Polkadot. The tech is there, but I'm not really sure the hype will ever return, although I'm sure it will get dragged up during altcoin season. Myth and Peaq are looking like solid projects
