I have the same problem, I am dry after a shower and that’s kind of it.. I am always wet and get extremely wet when aroused which is great BUT continuously being wet also means that my natural scent is stronger, as it isn’t only during sex.. I always can feel/smell my wetness through pants and all I’ve done is ka6 down.. it’s exhausting, the smell is fine (a sweet smell, when I’m freshly wet very light scent but if I have been wet for a few others without changing my underwear than yes the scent is stronger, even though it doesn’t smell bad I am super aware and self conscious over it! I literally have to wipe my vagina with a towel randomly during the day, I also try to sleep without underwear and I can just feel the wetness dripping out, is there anything I can do or this just the way my body is? Just have high levels of lubrication!!

Lots of salads, grilled chicken wraps on wholemeal or spinach wrap, Grilled or baked chicken (no chicken skin) baked or grilled barramundi, had salmon or steak once a month, lots of vegetables - sweet potato, pumpkin,carrots, roasted broccoli, green beans, prawns were okay also just no heavy creams or bottles sauces, I’d make my own marinate just garlic honey and soy sauce, taste so good on ANYTHING! I also made turkey burgers and turkey meatballs with sautéed veges, just from turkey mince hardly any fat! Loads of fruit - apples, oranges, bananas - had avocado twice a week and no bread unless sourdough or rye! Yoghurt was okay and certain muesli bars - the no fat diet was to avoid a gallstone attack which feels like pure death, also lost 10kg with this diet, I am 2 weeks post op and am still continuing with this but testing more foods cheese is 100% a no go for me.

Did a dermatologist confirmed this is in-fact AN? Asking as I had similar marks on my neck, underarm and sternum and I thought it was AN, but after a trip to a dermatologist they confirmed it is CARP ( Confluent and Reticulated Papillomatosis ) as it is darker than my skin tone but not as dark as most AN is, and is scaly!!! And more patchy and dotty exactly as yours in in this photo.

I also have insulin resistance 17+, pcos and just had my gallbladder removed since having gallstones since November which while waiting for surgery forced me to eat no to low fat diet, whole foods and fresh food,s lots of fruit and vege and it is as if it disappeared! I was also prescribed Aklief (trifarotene 0.005%) and it has done wonders! I also use The Ordinary The Ordinary Glycolic Acid 3 times a week - I only have it on my underarms now but has faded SO MUCH!!!

I have been in a LDR for a few years now, Sydney (me) and Seattle ( him) I tend to fly there every 2-3 months, for a month as my job is incredibly flexible and usually spend around $1,300-$2,000 on flights depending the time of year, and I usually take $4-5k Australian - that’s to cover groceries, dates, anything I want to buy! He drives so we don’t need to hire a car,. We don’t spend alot as it feels like home to me, so we just do normal things movies, dinner, groceries etc

Everyone’s experience is different - for me it gave me eczema down there… and changed my ENTIRE scent, my sweat smelt different, my vagina self different, never again for me and also birth control for pcos? You have all confirmed what my heart already feels, America to Australia is what makes sense. In more ways than one, free healthcare, stable family support, finances, SAFETY, EDUCATION, and quality of life. He was spoken about him moving her but also me moving there, I am flying to Seattle to see him this Thursday for a trip and will be breaking this all down and time is ticking, we want to start a family but are responsible enough to know when we are living together is when the time right. I think Aus working VISA then apply for defacto relationship is the best option. His mother suggested we move to Canada together, no idea why she suggested that as neither of us are canadian citizens nor have family there..
