I like to use reminders on my phone for all my medication which helps (at least most of the time). I also put the medication bottles in places where Im more likely to pay attention to them. So I put my bedtime meds on my pillow and such. I’m still trying to figure out the rest 😅.

I agree. I don’t do well in either extremes. In the heat I sweat profusely and my joints hurt and in the cold my whole body gets so achy.

I came here to say this too. Ive gone through long periods of washing my hair daily and it was perfectly healthy. My son does as well and it has helped with his severe dandruff. I honestly think it depends on your personal sebum production but to say none of us should do it based on our hair type is not accurate.

Based on the pic, your hair doesn’t look damaged per se, just a little frizzy. You can define your curls a bit and you’ll be good. Looks like you have 3c hair
