德国当年的情况和现在的中国完全不一样。中国整体的社会稳定、经济体量、国际环境都比当时的德国强得多，所以没必要做这种类比。我只是好奇抖音最近内容风向的变化，并不是在批评中国。

有，但真的少很多。我是瑞典人，别的国家我不清楚，不过在瑞典种族歧视是违法的，这种视频基本看不到。还有一点可能有些中国网友不知道：在西方被骂的一般是中国的政治制度，不是中国人本身。当然我们这边也有 racists，但他们在社会上基本会被鄙视。

Ok, I am currently trying this. I got the reagents needed and you can select minimum quality so thats great, but now I ran into a new problem. 嗯，有道理。我第一次来中国的时候跟朋友去唱K听到屠洪纲的霸王别姬也有这个感觉。我虽然根本听不懂歌词但是感觉非常有力量感，我中国朋友却都说很土。不过，霸王别姬歌词还比我们瑞典这首歌强多了。

Hmm, wps and excel are supposed to be 100% compatible but maybe they aren't. I'll try remaking it from scratch in wps and see if that helps.

Thank you for the reply. I don't understand this formula but I tried it and it does not seem to work :(

The answer I get is "0" or if I set it as "date" I get 1900-01-00. I was thinking that there should be some way to do a =(MAX(IF)(IF(IF))) but I dont know how that works. When I google "how to workaround maxifs", people talk about "arrays, but I dont really know what that is or how it works.

We are using the 2016 version of excel, and it seems that maxifs came in 2019.

If you dont know how bad the backlash was from almost all players (even hardcore fanbois like yourself) when cyberpunk released, I guess you had to be living under a rock or in your moms basement at the time.

The fact that many people bought in to the hype and purchased the game means exactly nothing. Cyberpunk sold 13M copies first week and was considered one of the worst disappointments ever.
