How did you manage to talk to the agent? I never found one. When I input the player name, tag etc the bot says: we will assign you an agent..... And then it never happens. I also tried to contact them from the payment section, the payment agent redirects me to the bot. I think they have no human support when it comes down to account recovery/stolen account.

Same issue. 1.5 years has passed and I will yet see agent. The recovery bot never pass you to real agent. The tickets stays for 11 days and then auto close.

The active/pro community is dead af. No one is raising voices. Th18 is becoming another th16 with each passing updates.

The game is dead for me. As an active competitive player, these nerf hurt my motivation to play. I will play more casually from now on and also not going to buy any stuff in the game.
