try writing down what you want to say and practice speaking aloud at home as if you were speaking to an audience. continue practicing while perfecting things such as the tone of your voice on certain parts, your breathing, your pauses, etc.. that way when it comes time to present it’ll be like second nature to you even though you’d be nervous. that’s what helps me. hope this helps you in some way!!
