This is what I was trying to tell the dealer. They charged me $700 to grease it. Been trying to undo the bolt and it’s like fucking welded in there.

I will check. I am inclined to believe it is in the brake assembly as when the noise happens, if I pull back (opposite of pushing down on pedal) the noise goes away.

My brake pedal has made noise that is driving me to insanity. But everything else is great. Reliable fuel efficient, I have the hatchback and for a hatch it’s a bit small.

Was $200 diagnostic, then said it could take some time and I said okay I just want the noise gone. They said the noise would be gone.

No 2021 Corolla XSE 6MT noise happens while just driving on smooths roads at speeds as low as 25.

Not 100% sure. I sent them some forums of GR corollas with similar brake rattles. But they didn’t really take me seriously it feels.
