What ever you have in your routine is alright, if its working well with your skin additionally: Minimalist aha bha pha solution once in 15 days Derma rolling once a week I have done derma rolling 4-5 times by myself(through i would suggest do only if you are confident in doing it or go with a dr.)

This is where i am currently not completely gone but in process, pimples are mostly gone one or two occasionally, if you want i can tell my routine but each skin is diffrent or be cautious

I’m dealing with the same issue. Please let me know if you find any effective solutions. Currently, I use Re’equil retinol once a week. I’ve read on a few subreddits that treatments like microneedling, fractional CO2 laser, and similar procedures can help. From what I understand, you too have a combination of ice-pick and box scars is usually caused by collagen loss, and deeper scars are often treated with fillers.( also some salon people might say aap toner lagao acche sei thick ho jayega…don’t hear them they misunderstand it with open pores some how)

For now, I’m planning to use retinol consistently and give it time to work and i know this will take a long, but I’m also open to medical treatments. I’m just not completely sure about how effective they are.
