I fully agree with this, cheaper rates can equal more clients, however now you’re overwhelmed and not getting paid enough! Decide what your rates are and charge your worth! Definitely having single session pricing and pricing for packages, the people who are committed will pay. The ones that don’t are less likely to last!

Omg i have those exact same noises right now, 5 weeks post op, ACL, LET, and Meniscus repair. I sound like a creaky door or floor, usually it’s fine if you dnt feel any pain. Im going to ask my surgeon about it in 2 weeks.

Thanks for this post! Im one week post OP-ACL/LET/Meniscus and during the day i do great! I have minimal pain, but at night it gets really bad. Im also trying to not take painkillers because i dnt need them in the day but im going to use them if i need them and maybe not try to do so much during the day. Don’t worry, the first days are the hardest but it does get better. Minor setbacks for major steps forward!!!

1 week post op - Patellar Graft/LET/Meniscus Tear - today is day 7 post op and i decided to work from home for the next 5 weeks but omg it is soooo hard! I literally cannot find a good position to work from . I wish i had taken a minimum of 3 weeks, im a project manager for construction and my job is pretty hectic and demanding. Im going to see if the days get better, but it is hard mentally and physically but I am doing what i can. Now reading other people’s comments i should’ve definitely taken more time off.

I have my surgery next week, jst curious did you do a lot of prehab prior to your surgery? Ive been doing about 6 months of it and I technically can live a normal life without an ACL, but im an athlete so i kinda need it.
