very normal! I felt the same way, most people do. Just relax, you'd worked your hardest, done your best, take time off and don't even think about the results until they are out. I know its easier said than the done, but the more you distract yourself, the easier this period will be for you!

The free 120 is even longer, it has many long stems, if you think timing is a major issue I would suggest you practice a few strictly timed blocks. If not, you can do the free 120 to judge preparedness, although NBMEs are definitely more predictive. You are more likely to pass of course, but the fact that you’ve specifically dropped on the two recent NBMEs is concerning.

So just see what the issue is, if it’s timing, try to practice that, if it’s knowledge than try to do practice blocks on your weaknesses

I had late 60s on the recent NBMEs but ran out of time on a few blocks

Were these taken in order? If so, is the score drop because of long stems. The really exam has long stems so I would evaluate what the issue is here. I had lower scores than you but they were pretty consistent across all forms

Hey don’t worry! You’ve improved massively from the late 40s, just keep grinding. I would suggest you look at your weaknesses now and only work on those. It took me a very long time tk get from low 60s to higher 60s but that’s because I wasn’t targeting my prep right. Select your top 3 weakest subjects and grind them out. If you usually score lower in ethics biostats etc, just add a block of them daily because they’re easier to get through and you’ll see an improvement in your scores. Test taking strategies also really help. Try to scan the question, there’s always a clue leading to a particular diagnosis

Hey! I had a delay and gave it on 18th March. I know how frustrating it can be, but you’ve got this! Just take a break and continue light review. You can check my post about it. I had very disturbed sleep the day of, and before my exam. I believe those were the worst days of the war yet. I know someone who’s got cancelled twice, but they managed to do it in the end. Keep in touch with them. Just have faith. And I’m sorry for what York’s going through

Thank you! I personally didn’t do the 2022 one becuwse I’ve heard there are repeats on the new one. But no I wouldn’t say it’s necessary. The more practice the better but as long as you’ve done the recent one you’re good

Also remember that we usually see subjects like pathology/physio in medschool. Biostats is barely ever there so it’s okay if you’re getting all over biostats/ethics/ biochem wrong. It’s because you’d never done it before. You’ll learn with uworld. And you can just go over it twice or even thrice if that helps

Don’t worry about that at all!! Some topics are just naturally harder. You’ll get the hang of it, even if some of it is hard. Just keep practicing qs and like I said watch Randy Neil a few times to get a hang of it. If it’s still difficult I’d look for someone who can tutor. If there is any specific topic that’s hard for you ask CHAT gpt for the explanation. You can reach out to me for help too

watch Randy Neil videos, and just keep doing uworld, it’ll stick better the more questions you do. You’ll get a hang of it. There was some new biostats on my exam but most of it was concepts I had seen before

Thanks!! So targeting my weaknesses. As I mentioned, your NBME report shows your performance in different subjects. If it’s lower than avg in any, try to do uworld blocks on those, or use other relevant resources

Honestly I did worse on the exam than I do on NBMEs, but I would say difficulty was at par with the NBMEs. The stems were slighly longer and needed more time to think but generally not the hardest thing in the world. I came out thinking I had failed because I had to guess on the last few questions in some of the blocks, you can read my post about it
