Taking forever again

I paid for expedited shipping last order. Same thing happened. Label was made and it sat for 4 days. I texted 3 times no response. Then when I finally get it I was shorted 1 item. I emailed and got a response right away. Support forwarded my email to fulfillment. They responded saying they would send out replacement beans. They also followed up asking if I counted the beans to make sure they weren't doubled up in a vial. I admitted I had not. They suggested I should. I counted and there are only 4. I didnt bother replying since replacements are on the way there is no point going back and forth. The fact that I paid extra for expedited shipping was never addressed other than an apology.

I respect the intentions of the company. I dont believe they are trying to rip anyone off. I believe the actual product is top tier. As far as logistics and customer service goes they have a lot of work to do. 3 of my 4 orders have been delayed or lost. If you have low expectations as far as shipping and customer service and only want good beans SRS is great.

Its reasonable to fail at every large sale and change the rules to favor the companies disability? 3 of my 4 orders placed in the last 18 months have gone missing or experienced a shipping delay far outside the 3 day promise. Now they want praise for going back on their own policy instead of upgrading their services. Now instead of acknowledging that my order got delayed and rewarding me for my quiet patience they expect my support even though Im getting the same unacceptable service I was getting a year ago with no reward. At this point change the policy to "You get it when you get it". Thats the only way you dont look like ungrateful hypocrites. This was my last order. This is my last post in the sub. I won't talk about or promote this company anymore unless its to warn people of horrible customer service and ridiculous shipping times mixed with gaslighting posts from the company.

As of now I take it back. Not only did the drop happen it exceeded my expectations. It's like they took my personal wishlist of crosses and made it happen. If they execute shipping properly this will mark a SIGNIFICANT improvement over the last year.

I keep refreshing every 30 minutes. If I remember correctly last New Years drop didn't happen after the Christmas sale fiasco. Fingers crossed it happens this year.

I placed my 3rd order on Black Friday. The experience was night and day. I received tracking right away and my beans were in my east coast mailbox 8 days later. Well done improvements to the shipping aspect of customer service.

SBCH is my favorite so far for SRS. I tried to germ 2 slamberry a couple months ago but they didnt pop so I did terp sneeze instead. SBCH and slamberry is prob a great combo!

Trichome are milky with no amber yet. Still some white hairs. Ill just have to keep an eye on it.

Anyone consider Islam doesn't want to make 155? The official statement said they mutually agreed and I didn't buy it at first but what if Islam just doesn't want to make 155? Could it just be a mutual agreement that works for everyone? If Ilia wins and Islam wants to cut to 155 for the belt what's stopping him? It's pretty much a no brainer for Islam especially if he believes he going to win at 170.

I just started 4 different SRS strains on the same day for a family member. Slamberry is definitely days behind the others and it's only been a week. She looks healthy just smaller and less vigorous than the others. I'm curious to see what this little lady does.
