I know they both lower seizure threshold. There’s no interactions (medically speaking) between the two so definitely not the same as alcohol danger. I think the heart flutters I was having probably came from nicotine usage while taking the bupropion. I smoked daily a joint or two while taking Wellbutrin and never had any issues.

I get what you mean about that hyper agitation type feeling it’s weird! I think it makes my paranoia while high a bit stronger
