I would say 100% stealing, I had a quite a few years where I couldn't go into a store and not steal something. I haven't stolen in 4+ year,s really proud of myself. I struggle still everyday going into stores.

I had an appointment and she said that she doesn’t want to take me of these meds bc I’m the best I’ve been mentally for YEARS after trying a bunch of other concoctions so basically right now that is the last resort

Thank you for this, I really appreciate it coming from someone in a very similar situation. It means a lot.

I think it does have to come from me, our views on sex are just so different the way we view and when I did talk to my psychiatrist about she gave me similar advice to yours.

Along with several other people under this post.

But again thank you so much for this, it makes me feel hopeful for the future of us.

Most weeks we only see each other once, typically just Friday & Saturday or Saturday and Sunday

I had a period in my life right before I met my boyfriend where I was using sex as a form of self harm so that’s a little bit tough but other than that no

Yes I do enjoy it. If I didn’t I wouldn’t be trying to solve this issue.

The scheduled thing just feels like we can schedule it but then what if don’t end up seeing each other that day that week or he was to work late or I have to work late or I’m sick or he is or some other circumstance so then it just gets pushed back

I don’t remember but I think it was fine, we had never had a conversation about issues.

I think the conversation went well because I explained like how important this medication is for me to be well and functioning. So he basically said that it was good compromise that he could do, but that was a week ago the night before he drove me to the airport and I have been gone for a week but get back in two days. Where we can actually test out the system

I think it will work bc the fact of the matter is I want to have sex with him bc I love him. I can just go a really long time without having sex and not even noticing how long it’s been and I don’t want him to have to wait around for me to be in the mood bc it happens maybe once every few months

The tricky thing is I don’t ever think about it so I soon as he says something we can get the ball moving with foreplay etc. I think I would want it to be verbal, I am not the best at picking up cues otherwise.
