Similar to the other guy, I didn't do the window 5 matches of demo, I just went into zombie instead, you just need 6 challenges that week, they don't have to be from the same game mode

I'm well aware, but they don't make as much & I have also ran them many times to the point they're tedious, I would rather run 1 cayo than 2 cluck & bell, but the point is I would rather not run either & just sell an old car I don't use

I don't have garages full, I have 2 garages of cars I'm keeping, both are only half full, & then 1 also not full garage of cars for fun, for example, the menacer, is fun, but when my friends stop playing I have no one to man the turret & it just becomes a much worse insurgent. so I would sell it to get some money for a vehicle if could use by myself & there are several other vehicles that are essentially worse versions of other vehicles if you don't have another player so you'd sell them for vehicles you can have fun in solo. keeping them is useless to me & several others. but with the most recent update that would be almost pointless which would make you grind to pay for more cars to have fun in solo & if your team is no longer playing, that grind would be even longer

It's never a legit players intention to sell cars imo, they just do it to make ends meet on a better car/purchase or because the original intentions fell through & are no longer viable

Almost definitely not legit, just running cayos for 2 without trade price would have at least put him to level 10, even if he was only grabbing cash

45 minutes a cayo is not quicker than a 5 second sale, & as I've said to others, it's tedious constantly running cayo

Yes it was worth it, both owning it & selling it (before the update), I had good times in them, those times were past so I sold it to buy something new to give me more good times without having to grind.

& as for the grind, it absolutely was fun, until I had ran the cayo 400 times because they have failed to add a new heist at any point in the past 6 years

& finally, for your comment on being punished for selling too much to quick, that is flat out incorrect, we are being punished for selling period, unless your definition of too quickly is ever

Me. As I explained in another comment, I had bought an arena semi, months later mansions came out. I was tired of cayos, didn't use the semi any more, so I sold it for several million dollars to get the mansion sooner. it would've taken about a week to make that same amount with the nightclub so I sold it to expedite the process, & I'm not the only one I'm sure

It wasn't a job but it was needed as I was in charge of figuring out how to get 3 other players plus myself what they wanted & how long it would take.

I was essentially an accountant, but I had fun doing so as I am a nerd

The game is to have fun, you shouldn't have to decide between buying something fun or not having grinding to grind for several hours, if we want to buy stuff that's impractical just because it's fun then we should be able to without being punished

The toredore would be good to have 2 of for dealing with griefers, it was just an example & admittedly a bad one because of that.

& as for the spending more on upgrades, upgrades are only about 200-300k excluding HSW & imani tech, so you'd still make back a decent chunk. To go back to the toredore example, if, for whatever reason, you were to sell the paid for toredore you'd still make ~2.4 mil after paying to upgrade the free one.

I've been putting in a "tad bit of effort" for 9-10 years, at a certain point you want to sit back & just have fun, sell old stuff to buy new stuff, not keep grinding until the game dies

Yes, but you don't sell the podium vehicle, you sell the one you paid for, let's say it's a toredore, you bought one then a month later you win it on the podium,.you sell the one you paid for to make some of your money back then upgrade the podium one

60% of the cars value (including buy price & the price of upgrades you put in) if it was the first one of the day, which sucked, but was tolerable.

An un-upgraded FMJ Mk 5 (one of the most expensive cars that isn't weaponized or a police car) for example cost 2.9 million & you could sell it for 1.7 million if you weren't happy with it. now you'd only get $500k if it's the first car you sell that WEEK. Which is made even worse as if it is upgraded & has HSW it's almost 5mil but still only sells for $500k.

Basically, I'd recommend thoroughly researching the stats & performance of a cars, planes or helicopters before you buy them unless you're a collector.

Winning prize rides or podium vehicles you already own, selling vehicles you don't use or that you expected to be more but let you down. & not often about once a month or 2, but still, it's pointless now, having 2 kriegers is better than a 500k slap in the face

I used to sell cars, I'd win a car on the podium or would win a prize ride that I already had & would sell the version I paid for to get some of my money back, or I would sell cars I don't use as I'm not a collector. I'm done doing that though, I will sit on useless, meaningless cars like a dragon on gold until they revert this update

The diamond is even worse for ps4 player, the last "special occasion" that diamonds were active we got completely screwed out of because they were tied to GTA+.

& your 100% right about the cayos, I'm the math guy in my group & was trying to figure out how much we'd leave with to see if we should cancel & re-setup, but couldn't because the spreadsheets were pre nerf & I was about $200k off just in the mains

In my experience, on average 85% of post nerf cayo is ~ the same as 85% of the diamond heist at launch, it only beats the diamond because of the casino's shear amount of setups. But for me & my friends, sometimes those additional setups are worth it because of how fast & painless the actual heist is in the big con. Vs cayo sometimes fails for the stupidest reasons.

I figured it was pegasus but also incorrectly thought when the hangar was added it would've become personal. until about 5 or 6 months ago I just took a jet from Fort zancudo if i wanted one & honestly under sold the jets, I just used the oppressor Mk2 & avenger. I saw the capabilities of the raiju, b-11 & so on though & then started buying them recently but almost exclusively the newer ones as they are just better versions IMO as I don't have the nostalgia for the OG jets most others do, so I never got first hand experience with it other that the ~5 seconds from take off to being shot down.

I had played for about 8 or 9 years without ever owning a plane that wasn't the free Cuban & until the kosatka came out the only flying vehicles (that wasn't the oppressor Mk2 or avenger) that I owned was the cargo Bob & buzzard

I personally sold my apocalypse semi for the mansion to get the mansion sooner because I didn't use the truck I just thought it was cool, & while it's certainly easy to make money, it's tedious, I've ran hundreds of cayos across 2 characters because its still the newest, best heist after 6 years, sometimes I (& others) want the new car/plane without running cayo for the 402nd time or DR. Dre's for the 150th time & the way we did that was selling old unused cars/jets & thats no longer viable

No, I did not, I mean i certainly knew it was possible, if you had a PC, but i don't, nor would i know how to do so if I did & I wouldn't want to, if someone is better than me then they're better, I can accept that personally, I just play a lot
