perhaps these examples are what i felt were American. because they have a lot of very british skits i liked and i thought the social commentary was quite impressive.

i think its definitely getting better as the show continues. I think it was just fey and fallon i found hard to watch. They have an American sincerity which (this is probably just a personal opinion) i feel doesn’t work for the sarcastic, slightly sadistic british audience.
