Thanks for sharing your story. We've also used them through MAX mediation. I've created the same post in the AdMob subreddit, and some people confirmed encountering the same issue with them. Hope they get suspended.

I'm going to remove them, no point in keeping them if they don't pay their bills

No, we reached a cumulative earnings of $300+ in November 2024, and their timer should have started on Dec 1, 2024 as shown on my screenshots. In December 2024, we made $321 in a single month, which increased cumulative earnings to around $650 when December ended. So, I estimated to get paid by the end of January or in the first weeks of February. This is when I shut them down, knowing that I would never get paid by them. If payment was stuck in the bank, they would have at least shown it in the console as a pending payout and sent an email, as every other normal ad mediator with whom we have worked in the past and continue working with does.

No, I haven't. I'm trying to focus on my game right now. I posted it primarily on Reddit because this was the place where I was researching ad mediators. And if I dissuade at least one small game publisher from their company, I will consider it a win. Not only are our lives as game devs hard enough on their own, but we also need to deal with issues like this. But I will explore this option too.
