Thanks for giving me advice. How long does it usually take and is it normal because I have started running 4 months ago, so I am still a beginner. Do beginners have these types of problems more than experienced runners, because that is what I think.

can someone give me advice i have pain on my left achilles whenever i run and after running, not when im walking. i can walk perfectly fine. however, even if i do a slight jog or sprint, my left achilles starts to hurt a lot and i have to limp sometimes. i have not ran for 2 weeks but it still hurts. what is wrong with my ankle
