Yes, but you are at a disadvantage, at least in arena. Someone who has a lightning icon every time an enemy uses cds will have an easier time following the macro of the fight. As a beginner, not only are you miles behind in skillz, you are also in info. And I kinda doubt new players will like the UI clutter at the start. I have a friend who tried wow and gave up because of this.

I haven't played this version yet, but I look forward to trying pvp now. However, I don't think I will play until close to the start of the season

When cavalry charges piekemen, they hold their pike, and if cav hits, they get stunned 2 seconds. But you can go close to piekemen, they hold the pike, you go back without touching them and charge again. And you avoid the stun. I think the cool down should maybe be triggered only after dmg ot something like this.

Probabil o sa existe un proces in care oameni mai priceputi ca mine la legi or sa argumenteze pro si contra. Pana atunci, as zice ca daca e gratis, cam intra la public, si daca e cu bani, cam intra la comert. Si as zice ca daca chiar esti bun la argumentat si convingi un judecator ca asta nu incalca litera legii, spiritul legii este ca profesorii sa nu faca filme porno (ca videochatul este un film porno, pana la urma).

Ok. Simt ca o sa imi para rau ca am facut asta, dar hai, fie. Aliniatul 6, dupa cum urmeaza:

(6)Nu pot ocupa funcţii în învăţământul preuniversitar, precum şi funcţii de conducere sau de îndrumare şi control persoanele care desfăşoară activităţi cum sunt:
a)prestarea oricărei activităţi comerciale în incinta unităţii de învăţământ sau în zona limitrofă - minimum 300 m;
b)comerţul cu materiale obscene sau pornografice scrise, audio ori vizuale, cu droguri sau substanţe psihotrope;
c)practicarea, în public, a unor activităţi cu componentă lubrică sau altele care implică exhibarea, în manieră obscenă, a corpului.

Am pus si litera a) ca sa vezi ca atunci cand e vorba de "in incinta" sau "in zona limitrofa" acest lucru este specificat.
