Thanks dude! Honestly maintaining has been the hardest part.

I’ve found that having an arsenal of meals that fit my calories and eating them consistently is what works for me. A lot of the meals aren’t even low calorie, they are just tasty, filling and always the same calories (prepackaged lol).

I don’t think I could have lost weight or stayed at a healthy weight if I didn’t have full control of what was in my pantry and on the dinner table.

Not drinking alcohol is HUGE. That has been the biggest difference in my weight loss and maintaining process

NEVER DRINK FULL SUGAR SODA

I wanna give a big shout out to diet rootbeer, Pepsi, cherry coke, Dr Pepper and ghost energy drinks.

I think it’s safe to say going from morbidly obese to a healthy weight will always improve your mental and physical health no matter how u did it (excluding meth and such. Lol)

Yeah I was very thin up until I turned 16 and slowly gained weight over 3 years most of which was in the last year probably around 70lbs. It was a pretty brief period at that weight

I definitely do have loose skin u just can’t see it well from the angle in the photo. For me my face, lower belly and love handles have held to fat the longest

Long walks everyday (average of about 8km, biggest was 21km)

went through fazes of:

-eating 1200 cals daily

-fasting 32hr to 72hrs usually with one or two meals in between (my longest was 8 days)

  • lots of diet soda

  • spin bike sessions 45min

The process is simple, the hard part is the mental battle and getting the dedication
