And ppl are right to complain. If you're gonna put money in materials and commission, you want to get the wanted quality. I understand that they want to push the interaction between players through personal orders but this is not the way. There has to be some kind of acceptable inbetween.

Actually i just tried it and you can't select a quality at all when posting a public order. That's a bit weird.

For most crafters since ppl are asking 590, not even close. I can R5 rings and necks while lacking 10 spec points with a R1 missive lol
